Meet Mona Friday-Rodríguez

Founder of Monavations

Mona Friday-Rodríguez is an Army veteran and neuroscience-informed coach who helps people navigate stress, communicate clearly, and show up at their best—in work and in everyday life. Through one-to-one coaching, small group work, and speaking engagements, Mona helps individuals and organizations build practical skills for handling life’s ups and downs—from everyday stress to more complex challenges. Her work is grounded in an understanding of how the brain and body respond to stress, shaping everything from daily reactions to high-stakes or traumatic experiences.

At its core, Mona’s work is about helping people better understand themselves, navigate life with more clarity, and do it alongside others—not alone.
